About me
I am a fully qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and I am passionate about road safety and the safety of my students. I've completed my instructor training with LDC, and I'm fully trained in using the LD system. My number one passion is teaching and mentoring my student to success and there's nothing better than seeing someone passed a test for the first time, being a driving instructor/coach is the safety and development of the student for them to be the best they can be. To teach the student all the tools they will need to be a safe driver.

Here is a little bit about myself: I live in the Sleaford area, I have three fantastic children of various ages from 9 -17-21, a fantastic wife and family pet dog Lizzy whom l spend most of my spare time with. I also enjoy mountain biking, road biking, family dog walks, films and music. I have worked in a senior leadership and management role for 15 plus years where I have had various instructor roles within the military, I was in a training and mentoring / developing role, on a one-to-one basis and groups from ages 13 to 50, this is when I realised that teaching and training people was what I wanted to do. I have now retired, serving just over 25 years with lots of memorable time, I was fortunate to be trained by LDC with their latest adult coaching and training techniques so you can be assured the train I give will be of the highest standard.

I chose to work with LDC because everybody is different, and the LD system allows for flexibility in lessons so that you can learn to drive safely at a rate that suits you, I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and as productive as possible the LD system just helps me to do this more effectively.
